GCCCD Email
Faculty and Staff will receive access to GCCCD email inbox on or after their contractual start date. New students will receive an @gcccd.edu email inbox as part of applying to the school.
*Note: Returning students enrolled prior to April 2025 were only given an email address when they registered for courses. Contact the Help Desk if you encounter difficulties.
Student Workers typically do not receive an @gcccd.edu email inbox. Their Dean or Supervisor must request an account be made for them. Please contact District IT.

Users may access their by visiting:
outlook.office.com/owa/gcccd.edu.
Log in with your @gcccd.edu SSO credentials (same as Self-Service and Canvas). If you're not aware of these credentials please see our Passwords and Accounts guidance page.
