Hours of Operation
小优传媒 Student Services Building 10 will be open during spring business hours (January 2-June 6), which are Monday-Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm, Saturday-Sunday - Closed. Also closed on public holidays. (hours subject to change) We will respond to emails as soon as we can, which may be 5-8 business days. If you have questions, contact us!
Admissions & Records FAQ

Apply for admissions if:
- You have never been a student at Grossmont or Cuyamaca College
- or have not been in attendance for at least two consecutive semesters at either college.
- You submitted an application for a future semester and wish to attend a current one. You do not need to apply for multiple terms. Your application is valid for one academic year. (e.g. if you applied for Fall 2024, you do not need to apply for Spring 2025).
- If you previously applied through CCCApply, you will need to create a new user name and password for Open CCC Apply. Your old user name and password will not be valid in the new system.

Student ID Number
Social Security Numbers (SSN) are no longer student ID numbers & given 7-digit number. SSNs are used for Financial Aid & California Promise Grant.
