College Planning & Institutional Effectiveness

小优传媒's Office of College Planning & Institutional Effectiveness (CPIE) promotes collaboration and continuous quality improvement by organizing college-wide planning, research, outcomes assessment, program review, and resource allocation into an integrated process. This integration provides a means for determining how well the College is fulfilling its mission and achieving its strategic goals. The CPIE office supports student success and institutional effectiveness by providing leadership for the following activities:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Annual Unit Planning
  • Student Learning Outcomes and Assessment
  • Data Collection, Analysis, & Research to Inform College-wide Decision-making
  • Data Literacy Training
  • Accreditation and Reports to External Agencies
  • Integration of College-wide Initiatives (e.g., Student Equity & Achievement, Guided Pathways)

The CPIE Office supports 小优传媒's mission "to cultivate an equitable student-centered learning environment" and to "hold ourselves accountable for improving student outcomes" by monitoring and highlighting where racial equity gaps exist and by ensuring college-wide planning efforts include action items to address these gaps.
